Experience within the feature film and television arena spans over twenty years. He packaged and co-financed the following projects as producer: “Exterminator II” through Canon/ MGM, “A Time To Die,” starring Rex Harrison and Edward Albert, Jr., “Dazzledancin’” for USA/ Live Entertainment, “Screwballs” through New World Pictures and “Body Slam” for Dino DeLaurentiis, “Cannonball Run,” with distribution by Hemdale/MusiFilms/Universal and directed by Hall Needham. Among some of the companies he was under contract to during this period were Media Home Entertainment as head of acquisitions.
He worked closely with Image Organization executive producers of “Stranger In The House” and “Strip Search”. He was principally responsible and main producer on “Perfect Target” with a sale to HBO for one of the highest licensing rights in its history. He also produced “Bloodsport 2” and “Cyborg 3” -- two very successful science-fiction adventure pictures that sold worldwide. Executive producer of “Justice” starring James Belushi, Charles Durning and Joe Beth Williams.

Executive-producer include “Shooting Gallery, starring Freddie Prinze, Jr , Ving Rhames, Rosalyn Sanchez, Executive producer of “Bar Starz” . “Christmas In Wonderland” starring Chris Kattan, Patrick Swayze, Tim Curry, Cameron Bright, Matthew Night and Carmen Electra with BYG/Disney/Insight Film, and "Blonde & Blonder" with Pam Anderson and Denise Richards with FirstLook distribution, "Hollywood and Wine", starrig: Chris Kattan, David Spade,Chazz Palrmetieri and Norm Macdonald “The Take” released through Sony Pictures, starring John Leguizamo, Tyrese Gibson and Rosie Perez."War Flowers" : starring Christina Ricci.

George H.W. Bush, Bell is among America’s top business leaders.
Renowned, as the founder and creator of the famous Banana Boat sun and
skin care brand, building it into a worldwide consumer products empire,
Bell has also been an investor and an advisor to hundreds of successful
companies in multiple industries, in addition to being a best-selling
author, speaker and fitness enthusiast. Bell has worked with Trivision
and its founder Alex Tabrizi for many years and shares his vision of
continuing Trivision’s innovation and leadership in Hollywood’s
Serge Rodnunsky was born in
Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and was raised in Canada and Los
Angeles. With a very eclectic schooling in Physics and Dance, Serge
early on in his career studied Quantum Physics at New York University
while dancing in American Ballet Theatre under the direction of Mikhail
Baryshnikov. Eventually that led to dance in the “Fame”
television series and the Broadway Show “Cats”. After two years with
the show “Cats” he started a series of successful Performing Arts
Studios. During this time he began writing, directing,
choreographing and editing. Serge has since Written, Produced and
Directed over 40 features and worked with many
Academy Award winning actors across many disciplines of acting.
The combination of strong story telling combined with a thorough
technical understanding of all aspects of production and
post-production has been key to the success of Serge’s films.
|Richard Morse, Producer / Financier / Counsel
Veteran Entertainment Attorney Richard Morse's 15 plus years experience includes specialized services in entertainment, arts, sports, new media, intellectual property litigation, licensed merchandising, business development, and more. His list of past and current clients includes multi Oscar winning director/producer Jonathan Sanger, Milton Berle, Intrepid Securities, funk music icon Rick James, music legend Yma Sumac, America’s Cup perennial champion, Dennis Conner, Zsa Zsa Gabor and rock and roll art icon Stanley Mouse.
Rick is working on the production legal of four films with veteran international producer Pieter Kroonenburg, including a film that everyone will see, about the real world "Whale Wars" of Paul Watson and the Sea Shepard Conservation Society -- "Ocean Warrior". They are close to announcing a stellar cast and director for this epic film.
The next one, that will film this fall in the People's Republic of China should be coming up on everyone's Oscar watch list, with a cast of stars, directed by Andy Davis (The Fugitive etc.), based on the best-selling novel, The Last Mandarin, by Stephen Becker. The Forbidden City is an international action/adventure epic espionage thriller tracking the final few days in the Forbidden City, with Chairman Mao sweeping through the last vestiges of the Chiang Kai-shek regime and the World War II-worn superspy tracking the final deviant Japanese war criminal, responsible for the rape of the country and much of its art heritage. The final film is: "Chet Baker, Prince of Cool", based upon the book of the same name, about one of the most amazing and eclectic jazz musicians of all time, currently being considered by some of the best names in the business for director and casting.
Rick's schedule is also rounded out by the representation of one of the industries leaders in bridge and specialty financing, Blue Rider Finance, and other names in independent production, production finance, and as of April of this year, representation of talent. Prior to this solo operation for the last couple of years, Rick was engaged as the General Counsel for Bauer Martinez Studios. In addition to acting as production counsel on several films, he is also producing films as well, with three in distribution the above four green light for 2011. His last completed film, the Chaos Experiment, starred Val Kilmer, Eric Roberts and Armand Assante.
For the year prior, Rick held the same General Counsel position for Grand Illusions, the production company helmed by multiple Oscar award winning producer, Jonathan Sanger (Elephant Man, Mission Impossible, Vanilla Sky, The Producers) where Rick was also the associate producer on Jonathan's film, “100 Feet”. Prior to that, Rick was General Counsel and Head of Business and Legal Affairs for Entertainment Business Group (EBG) and its production/development subsidiaries and TV division. EBG specialized in the development of feature films and network television projects and also provided creative, finance and business consulting to the film industry.
Rick held the position of General Counsel/VP of Business and Legal Affairs for iMedia International (formerly Mod Studios) in a JV with Signatures Network (formerly Sony Signatures Network). The venture was a cutting-edge production/distribution project, developing innovative emerging digital media including electronic licensed merchandise, ITV and VOD. They produce "Hollywood Previews", the first monthly interactive CD/Rom Video Magazine and various electronic licensed merchandise for many recording artists including: Ozzy Osborne, the Eagles, Britney Spears, Incubus, & Elton John, feature films (including "Terminator 3") and sports promotions (including the Dodgers).
Much of Rick's prior experience up to this juncture included high profile entertainment, sports and intellectual property litigation including the breach of contract suit for all rights to "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Melrose Place" and the "SeaQuest", "Winds of War" and "Medicine Man" copyright infringement cases. He also was Consulting Counsel in one of professional sport's biggest licensed merchandise litigations regarding the Master License for all NBA animation rights. This led to Rick's appointment as Head of Entertainment Law for world famous trial attorney Melvin Belli, at his new Beverly Hills Office, where his responsibilities encompassed both transactional and litigation duties as to entertainment and sports law matters. Rick previously served as House Counsel for Gray/Goodman Literary and Talent Agency, negotiating numerous major studio production agreements for top director/screenwriters (eg Quentin Tarrentino - "Reservoir Dogs").
In the last year, Rick has also come on board as the counsel for Imagineering Dreams Group (IDG), partnered with the internationally acclaimed Théâtre de la Dame de Coeur (TDC) of Québec to develop innovative family entertainment. TDC, has developed the most unique entertainment products in the world today, with its dream team made up internationally experienced senior executives from Cirque Du Soleil, DRAGONE Productions, Disney and Universal Studios. It is being described in the press as "Cirque du Soleil meets the Lion King", all in a multi-medium show accomplished with puppets that are up to three stories high.
Rick received a BA with Honors in Psychology (Marketing emphasis) at the University of California, Berkeley. He received his law degree from the University of California's Hastings College of Law where he was appointed to the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Review. Together with his faculty advisor/mentor Roscoe Barrow, the US Presidential Special Counsel for Communications and Entertainment Law, Rick drafted weekly advisory opinions for the White House while studying under two Supreme Court Justices, a United States Secretary of State and an United Nations Ambassador while studying entertainment and music law under the guiding hand of Neil Bornstein attorney for the Beatles.
Rick has taught Continuing Legal Education classes in Entertainment, Sports and Publishing for UC Davis and the University of Houston. His speaking engagements also include the American Trial Lawyers Association annual seminar, the USC graduating class in Communications, and numerous TV and radio talk shows. He has been the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Hastings Alumni Association for the last five years. Rick, a direct descendent of Samuel F.B. Morse, the inventor of the telegraph and namesake of the Morse Code, was a sponsored skateboard star at 14, and placed in the top 10 in two of three events in the inaugural International Skateboard Championship, going on to become one of the trail blazers in extreme skiing, at its birthplace on the Palisades of Squaw Valley USA.
